Lewis Builders Ltd was established in 1989 by Donald MacLennan and Alex MacLean, both previously employed by a local contractor. Donald was employed as a Site Agent on both Civil Engineering and Building Contracts and Alex was employed as a Contracts Manager / Surveyor on a wide variety of both Private and Public Sector contracts.

We take pride in building good customer relations as it is important to us that present and future customers feel confident in and are satisfied with our company's workmanship and procedures.

The Directors personally manage the building sites on a daily basis ensuring that the quality of work and safety procedures are maintained at all times.

Our company employs 25 tradesmen comprising of bricklayers, joiners, labourers, plasterer, roughcaster, slater and apprentices. We sub-contract the following trades - Electrical, Painting/Decorating and Plumbing.
